About Burnaby North – Forest Hills & Lake City:
As the name would suggest, the Lake City Industrial neighbourhood is a large industrial park. Its southern boundary is Lougheed Highway, and it is serviced by both the Lake City Skytrain station and the Production Way-University Skytrain station, the main transit hub for students of Simon Fraser University.
Forest Hills is comprised of several small clusters of townhomes and detached family homes, all surrounded by a forest conservation area. There are several walking and hiking trails, and on the far western border is the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course and Squint Lake Park.
